TCA’s Ashley McGuire was featured on an episode of the podcast From The Median featuring Molly Smith to discuss her recent article Newsweek Magazine.

In the Newsweek article, TCA’s Ashley McGuire warns of deceptive agendas that underpin Ohio’s proposed ballot measure. Shrouded in language designed to tout voter rights, a closer look reveals the measure would strip away women’s rights and leave pregnant mothers with few options for support – essentially forcing women down the abortion route. With 60 percent of women saying they would rather keep their baby if help were available, McGuire says what’s needed are more pro-life safety nets and less of a climate that increasingly pigeonholes women into abortion.
